Grandma and Grampa's Camp

We finally got to go back to the camp for a full weekend! Between all of our summer activities it has been hard to find the time but it was sure worth it!

We took the opportunity to spend a bit of time on the lake having a good time with the family. Ok, so I will be honest... we did goof around and grampa let me drive the boat! It was sooooo cool!

I can't forget to mention the fish that we caught. Out of all the fisher men that were in the boat can you believe that I was the one to catch a fish! Beginners luck!

Safety First!

The woods

Apparently they have been around for a long time but me and mommy discovered some new woods near our house. It is our special treat for Dolce. He likes to go there and walk. I have to admit that I like going there too. Every time it is a new adventure! Mommy is not so good with directions so sometimes we get a little bit lost but we always make it home. I can't wait to come here in the fall!

Going to the lake

Last night Mommy and I went for a walk by the water. It was nice and hot out and there was a lot of boats on the lake. Sometimes we like to go to the water to walk around and change the routine.






I was excited that the water level has finally gone down. Perfect for throwing rocks in the lake.





In all it was a perfect night to be by the water.



Vacation

I finally went fishing and guess what? I am not too bad at it at all. After catching 6 in under an hour I kinda think that I am a pro. Since then I have been collecting loures!

Road trip with Mommy to grandma and grampa's camper! Vroom Vroom...

Who ever said that boys were a handful? Me and Liam kept ourselves busy for hours playing in the mud pile! What can I say- boys being boys!

Obviously we needed to throw a bit of speed into our time off so we went to the track for some Go-Karting. Daddy and I went in the bat mobile and drove around the track a few times. I can not wait till I am a big boy and I can drive on my own! Come to think of it the mini is kinda small- I wonder if I could drive it? I will have to ask Papa...

Mommy also brought me for ice cream. Ok, more than once... What can I say, we love ice cream!

After all that fun time in the sun, it was time to relax in the spa and listen to some music. Mommy and daddy think that it is funny that I like to relax in the spa. WHo said that spa's were only for adults? Us children need some relaxation too!

Cops VS Bobbies

Look at my hat! I saved my money all week to buy it. Now I am a real Bobbie-that is what people in England call the police. Mommy had to Google it since she was not sure and daddy... well, I am sure that he still doesn't get it. Either way it is the perfect hat to fit my fireman Sam scooter.

So I decided to mix it up a bit. police and Swat! All I am missing is my hand clippers and a bad guy!

Simple days

Summer time as a three and a half year old sure is relaxing. I have nothing to worry about. No having to wake up for school, no rushing to get my stuff ready in the morning and most of all no set bedtime! (as long as it is reasonable) I have to say that I love waking up in the morning and either playing with mommy and daddy or sometimes just playing a game on my tab or catching up on the latest Lego news. After that and a glass of chocolate milk I am usually ready for a pretty action packed day.

Obviouselly a day would not be a day if I didn't get to see my brother's from another mother. They are so much fun to play with. I get to swim with them and learn how to play hockey, and soccer. They even come over for balloon fights.

Catch of the day

I knew that you had to be patient to fish but I had no idea how long it could actually take. Mommy and daddy brought me fishing. Even if it took a long time, it was worth it!

It took us a few minutes to find the perfect spot and get our bait on the hook. Daddy had to do that part since it can be dangerous. I am already excited to go fishing again. I was really good you know.

This is the first fish. He was moving a lot and was splashing water all over me and daddy. I think he was happy to see me!

Then I caught a bigger fish with mommy! Good thing since we would not have had enough for dinner. I can't wait to show my other fisher man friends my catch of the day. No fisher man tales I even took a picture!
