Happy Halloween!

It was a little spooky out there toniht but I got a lot of candy. mom says it is cause I am cute but to be honest I think it is cause I did so many houses. We went so far. we went all the way around the block! About 15 houses. It was too far for me to walk so my parents brought me in my wagon. I started out my night with papa while mommy gave out candy and then they switched. Mom dressed up as a princess! She was pretty. My friends came with me too. Me, Rose and Liam. Georgia is a little bit too small to trick or treet but she will be comming with us next year.

Zoo Aventures

Me, Mama and Papa bear.

What a perfect weekend to go to the zoo. Claude the nice man across the street was talking about the zoo for Halloween so my mom planned to go. We went on saturday with my aunt and uncle, cousin Liam and the Richard's family. We had a really nice time. We saw a lot of big animals and even some under water creatures too. The zoo was decorated for Halloween. Everyone was dressed up in costumes and there were a lot of festive activities.

Not the best picture but we waited so long to take it mom wanted me to post it.

In the evening we were invited to my aunt Caroline's house. Mom and dad were so proud of me for being such a good boy. I didn't cry at all even though I was really sleepy. Once I got home I fell asleep right away and slep in till 7:30am.

Go Habs Go

This weekend I also got to play outside with mom. We went in the swing and played outside with my trucks. We played a lot but we got a lot of stuff done. We even bought papa a christmas gift. I can't wait to give it to him! I also tried on my Halloween costume. I am a little scared to wear a costume but I am sure that I will be fine with it once I stat getting candy and when I see all my friends dressed up. Stay tuned to see pictures of me in my costume.

The Count Down Begins

The cold weather is just around the corner. Mom took out the mittens and our scarves this weekend. It took me a while to get used to wearing my mittens but I like them after all. I have to admit that I appreciated them when we went for a wagon ride sunday morning. They kept me nice and warm.

Peek-A-Boo!

Finally I got to use dad's power tools. I have been practicing with my handy many tools for a while now but this weekend mom let me help her with the sander. She was making some christmas decorations to put outside. She is a little early, already getting stuff done for christmas but she wanted to be able to do it outside. I think that I am almost good enough to compete with papa when it comes to handy man abilities.

This week mom and dad also brought me home a new truck . It is a live size hummer. I can't wait till next summer so that I can drive around in it. Maybe me and uncle Tyler will be able to wash our cars together the next time he comes to visit. In the mean time I will have fun playing with it in the house. Don't tell my mom but papa lets me ride around the house in it while mommy is at work.

The count down has started 4 days till Gramby Zoo with my cousins and friends, 6 days till Halloween, and 60 days till christmas!

Rainy Days

Most people say that rainy days are borring, but not at my house. Saturday it was rainy out but me and my parents still had a lot of fun. Me and Papa played a few imaginary games toether using an old empty diaper box. We even tried to get Dolce to play but he didn't want to stay under the box. I played cars and trucks. mom made me a ramp that my cars could play on that went around the living room and over the poof.

After that it was time of a drink and snack. Mom made me some muffins and something special to drink. It was warm and brown. At first I was not sure but after my first sip, it was sweet and delishous. Mom called it hot chocolate! I hope that every cold rainy day my parents will want to sit with me and have hot chocolate. I think that it miht even be one of the best things that I have tasted so far.

Since it was a rainy day I had a bit of time to let my curriosity run. Check out my video to see what mom and dad caught me doing. I guess I should have been a little more carefull cause I now have a lock on my bedroom door!

The next day turned out to be nice out. We got to play outside in the leaves. It was a little cold up but we dressed warm and kept mooving so we didn't get cold. Mom and dad made me a few piles all around the yard to play in.

We also had a water warning in Pointe Claire. The city called our house in the middle of the night to warn us not to drink the water. I didn't wake up for the call nor did I hear the city trucks with their sirens but, I was there to give mom a hand mooving the heavy water bottles. I didn;t want her to feel weak but I think that they were a little heavy for her.

By the end of the afternoon I was ready for a nap, so was papa.

Happy Turkey!

This was the best weekend ever, my parents were home for four days! The weather was great too so we got a lot of stuff done around the yard. Me and mom worked in the garden together. To be honest I just dug some random holes and chewed on the tools but mom seemed happy with my work!

I got to play with my cousin too. He came over a few times in the evening to play. My auntie said that Liam sleeps better after playing with me. Guess all the running around makes us tired. After playing with Liam, I slept in till 7a.m. That is sleeping in for me! I decided to give my parents a break and let them catch up on some shut eye. Let me tell you that by 7a.m I was full of energy and ready to start my day. A bite to eat and we were off to swimming lessons.

My favourite part of the weekend was the turkey dinner that Grandma and Grandpa made for us. We had a traditional home made turkey feast. Grandma even made two kinds of pie. Yummm….. I also tried cranberries for the first time and I really like them. I think that I had more cranberries than turkey but I still finished my whole plate. All in all, I think that Thanks giving will be one of my favourite holidays.

The rest of the weekend was filled with wagon rides, a new game and even installing my new pool. I can’t wait to go for a swim with all my friends and the nice people who helped my parents install it. I am so lucky to have such nice neighbours!

Week with Papa

 This week sure was rainy but I still had a lot of fun! My papa was home with me all week. We got to do a lot of stuff together and we got to bond together more than before. Mommy said that papa is rubbing off on me and that I am becommin a pain in the but. Not sure if that is a good thing or not but she still seems to love me a lot so I am not too worried. Daddy let me play in the pots and pans. Something that my mom would not let me do. Dad thouht that it was funny so he took a picture so that he could show mommy.

Daddy also let me play with some of my mom's old Halloween stuff. Most of the stuff that she has she let's me play with but my papa gave me her favorite Peacock costume that she made last year and well.... the pictures will let you know what happened to the costume,  

If I put this here I will look just like the queen!

Guess this year she will not be wearing it again. on a brighter note, the feathers look great on her hat! I was going for the couture look.  

I almost forgot to mention that my dad made me understand how much fun the flyers on wednesday afternoon are. There was not many specials this week and it is a waste of a lot of paper but I was able to make a nice fort with all that paper.

ToysRus.. now that is what I am talking about! Look dad 5$ off.

My favorite part was just hanging out with my dad and going for breakfast with Grand maman and grand papa. I still go to stay with my grandma and cousin everyday for a while so that I stay used to it for when my dad goes back to work. I was lucky so far this week too since My aunty Tracy babysat me for the day Monday and mommy stayed home on tuesday since grandma is busy taking care of grampa in the hospital. I sure hope that he will get better soon!
