Four Day Weekend!

My mom and dad took some days off and made this weekend four days! We had some nice weather and had a lot of time to play outside. I don't quite remember what snow looks like but mom keeps telling me that it is cold and wet so I am enjoying the nice fall days that we have left.
Friday morning we woke up early and got ready to meet my grandmaman, grandpapa and ma tante Caro for breakfast. We had a nice visit and ate lots of food. I was really full. Then off to the Montreal Canadians hockey practice. We wanted to go to the habs boutique while we were there but it was closed. I guess that we will have to go back another time.

Why are they not on the ice yet? Maybe they are over there...

Who is that player papa? What about him? and Him?

When I woke up saturday morning daddy was not home. Mom didn't want to tell me that he went hunting but I saw him come into my room this morning dressed all in camo. Sometimes mom doesn't think I understand what is going on but common he was wearing camo at 3 am. Put one and one together. Daddy went hunting!
Since me and mom were solo for the day we went with grandma to the USA. It was a quick visit since I was a little grumpy but I got to go on my first fery ride. Grandma and mom took turns holding me so I was not even scared.

Then Sunday I went apple picking with my parents, Mp, Ian, Georgia and Rose came with us. My aunt and uncle, cousin and cousin to be came too. Oh yeah... I forgot to mention my aunty is cooking a baby in her belly so I will have another cousin soon! Dad tells me my aunty belly is magical, like an easy bake over. My cousin is cooking in there and then DING... the baby will be ready. We had a great time we went in a corn field maze and picked apples for mommy to cook some yummy treats with. We got to look at the pumpkins too but the field was not open for picking. We also got to see a lot of cute little farm animals!

Just my size

A ball???

Are you guys comming? I think it is that way!

My cousin Liam was more excited for the tractor ride than apple picking. He really likes trucks and air planes and race cars. His favorite is Lightning Mcqueen and Mayter.

First hay ride. Dad looks happier than me.

No that's my apple!
This was a busy last four days. I sure love to be home with my parents.

Go Habs Go!!!

Glasses are ready to go!

It still fits..
Even in the little people world the hockey buzz is starting again. Little boys and girls all across Montreal are wearing their hockey pj's and jerseys today. All in honour of this seasons first pre game.
I was planning to stay up and watch the begining of the hockey game but I am just too tired. It was a big day today. I went to daycare while grandma and cousin Liam were at Liams class. I had a really good time and played with my new friends. I think that this year I will like it more than the last.
Dolce is outside... he will miss the game
I was also awake early this morning since my uncle Tyler was leaving to go back to work. It sure was nice to visit with him a bit. I am planning to wake up early tomorrow too so that me and Papa can watch sport 30 and get all the hockey updates. Guess I better get to bed.
Go Habs Go!
Papa I am sooo tired... Doudou???

A++

Wow, I never knew that a sleep over could be so much fun! Grandma said that I was a really good boy and that I even had a good night sleep. My parents left early in the morning so me and grandma started our day with a nice walk. Then I got to visit with Grampa and watch him make the pasta that we had for dinner. yum... I love pasta.

I was really brave for a little man for his first sleepover. Grandma read me the book that mom and dad got me. Then off to bed.

My mommy and daddy had a great time at Lesterel. They said that the hotel was really nice. I am a little sad that they went to Mont Temblant village without me but the got me a nice little pair of shoes. Papa said that they walked around and had a beer and relaxed. Then off for a spa evening and then dinner. They were not impressed with the food but who would be, when my daddy is the best chef ever.

I was not the only one that was brave. I am proud of my parents who did not even send a text to see how I was. I am happy that they got to relax, but I am even happier now that they are back!

Guess looking back on it, sleep overs sure are fun but there is nothing like being home with our little family.

My First Sleep Over

I am looking for ward to this weekend. I am going to have a sleep over with grandma and grampa!
My mommy and daddy are going away for a night and spa day at L’esterel. They are going to celebrate their anniversary. They tell me that I will understand one day that an anniversary is something special between two people. So, I guess I am excluded from that celebration. But I am sure that I am going to get spoiled all weekend by my grandparents, so I don't really mind.
Mom and dad helped me get all my first sleep over stuff together : Doudou, my favorite big boy pijama's, my bear, and a special snack. They even bought me a peter rabbit sleepy time story for grandma to read to me.
Maybe grandma will even make me and her some pancakes for breakfast!?!
My mommy keeps telling me that she and papa will miss me while they are gone. Don’t tell them but I will probably not even realise that they are gone since I will be having so much fun with my grandparents. I will let you all know soon how my first sleep over goes.

Kiss Please

Saturday night the nice people from accross the street came over for dinner. I asked mom and dad to invite their dogs Millie and Neimo over too but I guess they didn't since Claude and Joanne came over solo. It was still fun. I was tired so I went to bed early but before going to bed I played with Joanne. She is my favorite! Well, I love Claude too but there is something special about Joanne. I even got to give her a good night kiss.

Muah!

I think that she was a little surprised cause it was a wet one right on the kisser.

Ok, it might have been a wet one

Mom and dad tell me all the time that I have to start kissing with my mouth closed but I just don't get it. Guess that it is a good thing that she didn't see me before the kiss cause I was a little dirty. I had pasta for dinner that my papa made for me and I kinda had it all over my face.

Uhhhh... Do I have anythin on my face?

Sunday morning mom brought me for a walk since daddy was golfing. It is sure getting cold out there in the morning! Fall is just around the corner. Then we went to the mall with grandma and to get some fresh veggies from grampa's garden. We spent our afternoon playing outside and mom planted some bulbs. She is still working hard on her gardens. We even had our last corn on the cob of the season.. I love corn.

With fall comming it is a good thing that mom and dad bought a leaf blower this weekend cause I am planning to spend a lot of time jumping in the leaves this fall!

Big seat for Papa, medium seat for Mama and little seat that is just right for me!

Thanks aunt Ingrid for the pictures

My aunt Ingrid finally sent me the pictures from the beer fest this weekend. I wanted to show you who my aunts are so that in the future when I talk about them you will know who the special ladies in my life are. There is also my real aunt Tracy and my tante Caroline but I will post pictures of them the next time we have a get together.
Mommy, aunty Jen, Aunty Ingrid, and my aunty Jessie!
My mom also wanted me to put the picture of me and her playing peek-a-boo. You can't tell in this picture but Daddy is on the other side. He didn't come in the blow up game. Instead he watched us and laughed at mommy and Ingrid. He said that they were big kids. As far as I am concerned they can be kids as often as they want. Gives me someone to play with.
Peek -A-Boo Papa!

Chambly Beer Fest

Just the three of us!
My mom and dad decided to bring me along again this year to the beerfest. Last year they told me that I slept the entire time, but this year was a different story. I was so excited to be there. It was about lunch time when we got there so everything smelled so good. There was a lot of kinds of food and colorful beer stands all over.
The gang minus Jessie and Jp...They were late.
My favorite part of the afternoon was the blow up games. It was my first time going and let me tell you, it was not the last! Oh, and we saw clowns and baloons that were all around the festival. There was even some face painting and cooking for kids but I prefered to stay and jump in the castle.
Peek -A-Boo

After that my aunty Inrid let me taste her beer. I really like the taste. When I realised that the beer was in the big kegs I kept looking for them. They were almost the same size as me! It was just to bad that they were not serving tasters in bottle format. Maybe next year.
My first keg

Mmmmmm
My parents and me left the festival late afternoon since it was getting too hot for me and I needed a nap. We finished the afternoon off with ice cream on our walk back to the car. I hope that we will go again next year.
