Weekend with daisie's and kite's

This weekend was action packed! Started off a little rocky but ended up being one of the best since I was born. My parents were home on Friday with me. It was not planned but since my shots I have been having trouble sleeping and on Thursday night I was awake all night. My legs and arms were so sore so my mommy and daddy stayed awake with me rubbing my legs. So friday we were all pretty tired. Mommy was so tired that she did not wake up till 7:30 and she was exhausted. I stayed asleep with her in my parents big bed till then too. I never get to sleep in their bed but since we were awake all night we fell asleep together. Maybe I should fake it more often so that I can have more sleep over's with them ...Hummm can't believe that I didn't think of this sooner.

We had a great day relaxing... well mom and dad tried to relax. At least I took a three hour nap so they got some down time. Here are a few picture's that we took in the afternoon. It was a beautiful day outside.

Saturday we were all back in shape. We woke up early and went to the store with Grampa. We had to get some groceries for grandmas birthday dinner. When we got home mom brought me to get a kite. Yup, I have my own kite! It is big and all different color's. My dad kept his word and tought me how to fly it. I was not really fast enough but my dad was. He is the fastest and my mom well, she is the second fastest in the world!

Then I had to get ready for the dinner party at MP and Ian's place. I got to have dinner with Georgia and Rose. It was nice to have a kid's dinner. Usually we have to sit with our parent's and talk about real stuff so it was nice to just babble about nothing at all and catch up. Then we all went off to bed and the parent's had their fondue and vino. Mom told me in the morning that they had a great time and that was why daddy was still in bed. Don't know what a good dinner and Papa sleeping in have in common but I forgot to ask questions.

This morning we all woke up together and started our day. As soon as I woke up I walked over to the toaster and asked my parents "toast"... I was so hungry this morning, skipped the milk and the morning cuddle. All I had on my mind was toast. I must be growing again! My parents brought me to Toys'r'us again but I fell asleep before we got there so we left. Can't believe that I missed that. It was a rainy day so we mostly played together in the house. I went for a little bike ride but nothing too long since we were not sure about the weather. I ended my weekend going to my grandparents for dinner. My grandma's brother and sister in law are here from Manitoba so I visited with them a bit but me and dad left dinner early since I was tired and not feeling like myself. I hope that it will pass after a good night sleep and I will have a good week with my grandma and cousin.

The other day my grandma brought me for a walk. We stopped at Sharon's place for our usual cookie and chat.

I was playing on the ground and then decided to climb on the railing. Look what happened... I am so strong that I broke it. Guess from now on I will have to be a little more carefull.

After all I said that I was sorry and Sharon forgave me. She is going to New Brunswick for a few days so this is me giving her a big hug before she leaves.  My mom told me how much Sharon hates being in pictures so I hope she will not mind that I am posting this one.                                                                                                                                           

Mom's day off!

My day started out perfectly today, Mom has a day off. I didn't let her sleep in this morning... I actually never let my parents sleep in. But mom was happy this morning to wake up since we got to see Daddy before he left for work. Then our day started. Pancakes for breakfast mmmmm... my favorite.

I love the car...So relaxing!

I watched a bit of Special Agent Oso on the Disney channel while mom took a few picture's with my parents new camera. Mom is teaching dad how to take some pictures since it is one of those fancy camera's that you have to focus and adjust the light and shutter speeds. He takes nice pictures now too. My daddy is a hero and does everything well. Ecept telling me stories. He kinda starts them and then forgets what he was talkin about.

Then me and mom went to the store. I am working on enjoying shopping since mom is not planning on having another baby so I guess that means I will be stuck going with her! At least today it was shopping my style. Toys"R"us! She got me a Potty. All of my older friends are starting to potty train so my parents figure that maybe I can start too. I am a little young but I like to copy my parents. What better example could I have than my daddy?!?

My mom was planning to take me to Zig Zag Zoo after shopping but when she called to see when it opened the lady told her to hurry since the place was already getting full! We decided not to go after all since it would be too busy and I still need some help to get around in there so mom would have caused a traffic jam for the other kiddies. I can't complain, instead mom bought me a tent and some balls to create a ball room! Don't judge my mom is creative. We just pretended that we were there. I even got to have ice cream. I guess it worked out for the best to be home. Oh I almost forgot to mention that mom got me a costume for Halloween. She made mine last year but this year she will just make hers and daddy's. They don't really sell any that fit my Papa. The last thing that we bought was a jacket for me. It is really nice. I am sure that you will all see me in it this winter.

Our last stop was to buy me a kite. I am goin on a picnik with my parents this weekend and dad told me that he will teach me to fly a kite! It is big and bright. Get ready to run dad.

My day ended with a little visit from my cousin and grandma. She and mom made pastry for grandma's birthday pie. It is her Birthday tradition and mommy is making it this year. Hope that it will be good.

Now, if dad can just get home from work already so that we can have a nice dinner and cuddle. Thanks for the fun day mom and all the secret treats that I promised not to tell dad about! Wink Wink

Grandparent are people with silver in their hair and gold in their heart!

This weekend I got to see my grand maman Line and my grand papa Claude. They live on the other side of the Mercier bridge so I don’t get to see them all the time. So when I do, we have a lot of fun. I showed my grand maman how much I love to play with my baseball and my soccer ball. She spent almost the entire visit on the floor with me playing. And my Grand papa well, he wanted me to fall asleep on him like I used to when I was a baby but I was too excited to sleep while they here. I can’t wait for all the road work to be done so that I can see them and not have to get stuck in traffic.

I also have my grand mommy Judy and my grandpa Norm. Grandma takes care of me everyday and they live one street away from me so I get to see them all the time. They also play a lot with me. I get to go and see grandpa in his gardens and with his fishing boats. He is going to teach me to catch big fish one day when I am little bit bigger. My grandma, she takes me to all of my play groups and we spend a lot of our day walking. She walks all over Pointe Claire with me and my cousin.

This was last year, can't wait to go now that I am a little older!

Everyone tells me how lucky I am to have such good grandparents!

This weekend was action packed! It all started on Friday night when mom and dad brought me to an adult party because I was sick. I had so much fun. I got to see my auntie Ingrid, aunt Jessie and Jen, Charline and so many other special people. I got to run around on the roof top and everyone was playing with me and my toys. My parents were happy because I behaved myself and went to bed  at a reasonable time like a big boy and they got to enjoy the rest of the evening.

This morning I went to wake daddy up in his big bed. We had a nice breakfast and then went to the grocery store. It was the prefect begining to a sunny Saturday morning. But then I had to go get my 1 year shots. I tried to be a big strong man but I cried when the nurse gave me my thurd shot. It was enouh already! But well worth it to have the nice dinner that mommy made for me. Ouff I am so full cause I ate like a little piggie so off to bed I go. Doudou check, my bottle check a kiss from mom and dad check. Doudou

This is my doudou, my parents gave it to me when I was born.  Thank god because I love my blankie!  Me and doudou have a special connection.  Yup he comes everywhere with me.

Was I really this small at one time?

The last few days he has been with me all the time because I have a cold.  Donno why but he makes me feel better.  I even brought doudou with me to the store and on my walk.  My mom tell's me all the time we have to wash doudou.  So this morning, I tried to bring doudou in the shower.  Papa told me NO!  I wish that my parents with just make up there minds already.  Are we washing doudou or not?  I mean I know that I have separation and can't sleep without the blanket I just thought the shower was a good way to get it cleaned so that mom stops complaining about the stench.  She is right it does kind-a-smell.

Summer fun

This summer has been so much fun and I am growing up so fast. I am getting taller and almost none of my shirts are fitting me anymore! My mom and dad have had some holidays so they have been home spending some time with me. We got to do a lot of activities and I even had my first Birthday party.

Where are we? Last thin I remember is bein in the driveway. Oh, Oh a ball?

I know that she is cute! She was my hot date for the mongolfiere festival.

Like usual no one is lookin at the camera but it is the only picture that you can see Niagara Fall's in.

There is a lot of fun summer stuff that I don’t have pictures of that I enjoyed too. Lots of special times with my cousin, Rose and Georgia. They are the pretty little girls next door, and my cousin he lives just down the street. I can’t forget either some fun play dates with my good old friend Sage. I will get to see him again soon. I hope that we will take swimming lessons together again this year. Mother Goose is another fun activity that I get to go to. After all I guess that I am a busy little boy. I even got a special visit from my aunt from Sweden. We miss her a lot when she is not around. I hope that one day mommy and daddy will take me to visit her.

My parent also had a lot of fun so far this summer. My daddy loves to go golfing, and fishing. He went a few times this summer. I even got to go on the fishing boat with him a few weeks ago. It was sooo fast but I got tired and fell asleep so I missed a good part of the ride. My mommy spent a lot of time in her gardens this summer. She made a garden just for me. With some pretty flowers. I love the smell of them. Oh, and I almost forgot me and mommy went to Finnigan’s market a few times and walked around. So many nice things there to see! We are still looking for the perfect tickle trunk. Mom said that one day I would understand how much fun they can be when we can play dress up and put all the costumes in the tickle trunk like she did when she was a little girl!

My parents and me have a lot of dinner parties too. My daddy is a really good cook and my mom likes to set the table all fancy. She is teaching me to notice these things. She tells me that my future wife will probably like that kind of stuff.

This is me

So today is a special day, my mom and dad are starting a blog for me. I will tell you how it all began, and bring you up to date on my life so far.

My mommy and daddy met a few years ago at work and fell in love.(I even think that they kissed-right on the kisser) Gross!! Anyways, they moved into daddy's condo with Dolce. Daddy was not too happy about that but mom came as a package deal with the dog so my papa accepted! Soon after they bought my great grandma and grampas house in Pointe Claire and moved into the house that we live in now. They worked hard with all my family members to make it nice. It is really cozy and so far I am making a lot of memories in it.

A few months later magic happened... my parents went on a little vacation to Las Vegas and guess what? What happens in Vegas does not always stay in Vegas! Mom and dad found out that I was on my way. They were so excited for me to arrive. July 18, 2010 I was born all 7lbs of me. Since then we have been living as a happy family! Mom, dad, Me and Dolce. We had a fish too Sushi but my mom and dad tell me that he is in a better place now. I can't imagine any place being better than my home but I didn't ask too many questions.

I am more interested in playing, and walking! Yup, I can already walk and I have 8 teeth. I love to play in the park, sometimes I even eat the sand. I usually go to the park with my grandma and my cousin since grandma babysits us everyday. When my parents get home they usually have to have to give me a bath because I play a lot when grandma is around and well, I get dirty. mom and dad take me to the park too but we usually play in the yard together. Oh, and I almost forgot to tell you my favorite toy, a ball! yeah, any ball. I learned how to say the word too. Sometimes in the middle of the night I wake up and say "Ball" but when no one comes to play with me I go back to bed.

There is so much for me to tell you but for now this is a sneak peek into my life.
